When you sign in with Apple or Google, we may collect your unique user ID, name, email address, profile photo (if available), preferred currency, country, subscription status and account settings.
We store the business profile you create, including your business name, address, phone number, email address, website, tax information, payment details and invoice preferences.
We securely store invoices you create, including client information, invoice numbers, invoice items, prices, taxes, currencies, due dates, payment status, notes and attachments where applicable.
When you use AI invoice generation or voice features, your prompts and voice transcriptions are securely processed to generate invoice drafts. Audio recordings are not permanently stored unless explicitly stated.
Your information is used to create invoices, synchronize data across your devices, generate reports, export PDFs and CSV files, manage subscriptions and provide customer support.
AI requests are processed only when you choose to use AI features. Information sent is limited to what is necessary to generate invoice content or suggestions.
We may use anonymous diagnostics and crash reports to improve reliability, performance and security.
User authentication is provided using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In and Firebase Authentication.

AI-generated invoices and suggestions are provided as drafting assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing all invoice information, calculations, taxes, legal requirements and client details before sending an invoice.
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple. Billing, renewals and refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
InvoAIce is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable laws.
