These Terms & Conditions explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions for using InvoAIce and its services.

Welcome to InvoAIce. By creating an account, accessing or using the application you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should discontinue use of the application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use InvoAIce.
An account is required to use InvoAIce. Authentication may be provided through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Free users may create up to five manual invoices. Feature availability may change over time.
Pro subscriptions may be offered on monthly or yearly billing plans and unlock premium features including AI-powered invoice generation and advanced reporting capabilities.
AI invoice generation may be subject to monthly usage limits. Unused allocations do not roll over to future billing periods.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date.
Eligible purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases option available within the application.
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Billing, subscription management, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions. Aurenix Apps cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
AI-generated invoices, descriptions and suggestions are provided for convenience only and should be reviewed before use.
Aurenix Apps does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, tax compliance or suitability of AI-generated content.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing invoice details, client information, pricing, taxes, payment terms and any information included in generated invoices before sharing them with customers.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws, accounting requirements, invoicing regulations and business obligations in their jurisdiction.

Invoice and account information may be stored securely using cloud services to provide synchronization, backup and account functionality.
Your use of InvoAIce is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, stored and processed.
InvoAIce, including its design, software, logos, branding, graphics, AI features and content, is owned by Aurenix Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account or access to InvoAIce with or without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have:
We may also suspend or terminate accounts when required by law or when necessary to protect the security, reliability or integrity of our services.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, invoices, business profile and associated data from our systems, subject to technical processing delays and any legal retention requirements.
InvoAIce is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or continuous availability of services.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue or remove any feature, subscription plan, pricing, AI functionality or part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users when significant changes occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurenix Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, tax liabilities, accounting errors or inaccuracies resulting from the use of InvoAIce or AI-generated content.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of InvoAIce after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
